Whole beef. $3250 total with $500 deposit. Pay $500 today and $2750 the day we deliver the animal to the butcher. You are responsible for the processing fee ($750) This puts total cost at around $4000
Includes approximately 400-500lbs Total. 200 lbs of hamburger, 100 lbs of steaks and stew meat. 100 pounds of roast.
Whole Beefs are sold as a “Live animal” Delivered to the butcher. You will be responsible for everything after that. You are responsible for the processing fee (around $750), Giving the butcher the cut list, and pickup in Norwood Missouri.
You may Dry Age for as long as you desire. We recommend 21 days.
No added hormones, No steroids, No antibiotics, NON MRNA Vaccinated,
Grassfed and Grain Finished beef. This means the Steers will have open access to pasture while we supplement with grain. This gives a great unique taste of grassfed beef but still has the tenderness and marbling of the steaks you're used to eating at steakhouses! We personally do not like pure grassfed beef because of the overpowering taste and leanness on the steaks. The steaks usually grade upper choice.
